Can I import previous contacts?
To turn on the ability to import contacts, a form needs to be submitted to us. You can complete this form electronically, but the signature must be handwritten. Once you open your account, you will have access to the import form.
Can I send more than 500 messages a day?
As of April 2023, all high volume text accounts in the US are required to be verified. iZigg walks you through this process step by step to ensure your proposed messaging is compliant and ready to be approved by regulators.
How do I purchase extra messages?
Do you offer seasonal products or services? If you need to make a one-time purchase of extra messages for an upcoming seasonal or holiday event, no problem! You can make bulk message purchases right in your account.
Do unused message credits roll over?
Rest assured, you can use the credits you pay for, even if you’re still building your contact list. Unused credits roll over 90 days from purchase. Custom plans are available for enterprise and seasonal accounts.
