Three Easy Steps to Starting Your Business with iZigg

STEP 1: ENROLL IN IZIGG

There is no product purchase required in order to become an Independent Agency with iZigg.

Upon enrollment as a Mobile Media Agency (MMA), you will be required to purchase a Mobile Media System (MMS) for $99.95 USD. You will receive an M-Card, a personal Izigg marketing website, an online retail store, website hosting, and unlimited access to your Mobile Media System (MSS) for 12 months. The annual renewal fee for these services is $99.95 USD a year.

After you have completed the application process, you will be a Mobile Media Agency (MMA) with iZigg. You will now have access to a Digital Agency and can begin building your business.

STEP 2: ORDER PRODUCT (optional)

iZigg is a product driven company. Any and all earned commissions and overrides are based on the sale and consumption of product. While there is no product purchase required, your business will probably grow and flourish more quickly if you are a satisfied product user. We recommend that you choose the iZigg Product Package that best suits the goals and needs for your business.

Customer Points (CP)

The iZigg Compensation Plan is built around the retail salability of our products. In order to keep the products competitively priced at the retail level and to ensure a profitable wholesale to retail margin for our agency base, we assign a point value (called Customer Points or CP) to each of our products. The compensation program is based on the accumulation of these points. iZigg gives each product the maximum points possible to create the ideal balance between significant retail profits and substantial override income for our agencies. Customer Points are generated every time product is purchased.

Activating your MMA

In order to hold and accumulate the Customer Points (CP) generated within your downline Sales Team, your MMA must be activated. An MMA that has been activated will continue to hold and accumulate points as long as it remains active by meeting the minimum ongoing maintenance requirements.

An MMA is activated with a product order totaling 20 CP or more. You will receive a six (6) week initial activation period for your first 20 CP order. After this initial period, the activation period runs every four (4) weeks.
MMAs without product orders (inactive) or product orders that are not paid for within the prescribed time limits do not hold accumulated points past the end of the weekly pay period in which they were generated.

Each pay period runs from 12:00 Midnight Central Time each Monday (Sunday night) through 11:59 p.m. Central Time the following Sunday.

Ongoing Minimum Maintenance Requirements

This is a retail marketing program. Agencies may purchase product and earn profits through retail sales at any time with no maintenance requirement.

In order to continue accumulating and holding Customer Points and earning commissions, an agency must reactivate their MMA after the initial 6 weeks and every 4-week activation period thereafter. In order to maintain ongoing activation, an MMA must have a minimum of 20 CP* of personal product sales (PPS)** in each activation period.

In the event that an MMA does not meet and maintain the minimum requirements within the prescribed timeframe, any accumulated points will be flushed and no commission check will be earned. In the event someone reactivates (places and pays for their order) after this has happened, points will once again start to accumulate (no previously flushed points will be reinstated) and commissions can be earned.

* MMAs below AD rank may earn higher rank at a reduced CP within the first 24 hours of enrollment by placing additional product orders (see “Advance to a Commissionable Rank” below). Any orders placed by a non-AD agency within the first 24 hours of enrollment will not be applicable toward reactivation.
** Personal Product Sales (PPS): This is your personal sales points and refers to the product orders that are processed through your MMA and credited to your agency ID number.

STEP 3: GENERATE AN INCOME WITH IZIGG

In order to earn commissions under the iZigg compensation plan, you must become Fully Qualified and advance to a Commissionable Rank.

Fully Qualify Your MMA to Earn Commissions

To qualify your MMA to earn commissions, you must personally sponsor two (2) agencies – one on your Left Sales Team and one on your Right Sales Team. In order to count for qualification, these sponsored agencies must be activated.

Advance to a Commissionable Rank:

Area Agency Director (AD)
There are two ways to earn Area Agency Director (AD) rank: Enrollment order of 200 CP or 2000 CP in PV*

Within the first 24 hours of enrollment, you must order at least 200 CP in wholesale product and the Mobile Media System. If you order less than 200 CP within the first 24 hours of enrollment, you may obtain Area Agency Director rank by the following:
Accumulate at least 2,000 CP in Personal Product Sales (PPS). There is no time limit to accomplish this. PPS point accumulation is ongoing from the moment you enroll in your MMA. Your MMA must remain active for ongoing accumulation. If your MMA becomes inactive, all accumulated PPS points will be reset to zero.
After you have earned Area Agency Director (AD) rank, you can advance to the next rank levels of Regional Agency Director, National Agency Director, or Executive Agency Director each calendar month.

Regional Agency Director (RD)
To earn Regional Agency Director (RD) rank:

Accumulate 10 agencies on your left sales team and 10 agencies on your right sales team enrolled in an active autoship* (see definition below) of 20 CP or more within the calendar month.
Must have a minimum of 20 CP's of personal product sales (PPS) within the calendar month.
You must be at least AD rank, Fully Qualified, and Active to achieve RD rank.

National Agency Director (ND)
To earn National Agency Director (ND) rank:

Accumulate 10 active RD’s on your left sales team and 10 active RD’s on your right sales team within the calendar month.
Must have a minimum of 100 CP's of personal product sales (PPS) within the calendar month.
You must be at least RD rank to advance to ND rank.

Executive Agency Director (ED)
To earn Executive Agency Director (ED) rank:

Accumulate 10 active ND’s on your left sales team and 10 active ND’s on your right sales team within the calendar month.
Must have a minimum of 200 CP's of personal product sales (PPS) within the calendar month.
You must be at lest ND rank to advance to ED rank.

* An active autoship is defined as an MMA that is currently enrolled in autoship and has an active status during the calendar month. An autoship with no paid order, an autoship that has gone inactive for any reason, or an autoship that has been deleted does not apply toward earning rank.

There Are Five Ways to Earn Money with the iZigg Compensation System:
Retail Profits
Direct Bonus
Override Bonus
Matching Bonus
Executive Car Bonus

1. RETAIL PROFITS
As an iZigg MMA, you may sell product to retail customers for a profit of up to 25% on every product sold.
With the purchase of your Mobile Media System, you will receive a state-of-the-art Online Retail Cart allowing you to make sales directly through your personal marketing website. When a customer places an order through your online retail cart, iZigg processes the payment and delivers the retail order to your customer; you receive the retail sale profit.

2. DIRECT BONUS
As an iZigg MMA, you receive a 25% Direct Bonus on the price of product ordered by your personally sponsored agencies.*

You must have Mobile Media Service (MMS) to be eligible to earn Direct Bonuses.

*Excludes Mobile Media System orders. Direct Bonuses are paid on agency orders only and are not paid on retail sales.

3. OVERRIDE BONUS
You may begin to develop two sales teams under your MMA by introducing others to iZigg and our wonderful products and opportunity. As they register their MMA’s under you, you will develop a Left Sales Team and a Right Sales Team. You can earn income based on the product sales within your two teams as outlined below.

MMA’s may earn weekly override bonus cycles on their Commissionable Customer Points (CCP).
To be eligible to earn Override Commissions, your MMA must be a commissionable rank (AD, RD, ND, or ED), active, fully qualified, and must have Mobile Media Service.
After your MMA has met these qualifications, you are eligible to earn an override bonus cycle each time your total Commissionable Customer Points reach 400 CP on your left sales team and 400 CP on your right sales team.
Any accumulated CP that remains unused after commissions have been calculated each week will carry forward for payment in future weeks as long as you remain active.*

Commission Amounts:
Area Agency Directors (AD) and Regional Agency Directors (RD) earn a 10% cycle on their CCP.
National Agency Directors (ND) and Executive Agency Directors (ED) earn a 15% cycle on their CCP.

Rank Left Sales Team Right Sales Team Override Cycle Earned Maximum Weekly**
Area Agency Director (AD) & Regional Agency Director (RD) = 10% Override Cycle 400 CP 400 CP $40.00 USD $10,000 USD
National Agency Director (ND) & Executive Agency Director (ED) = 15% Override Cycle 400 CP 400 CP $60.00 USD $100,000 USD

Example 1

At the end of the commission week, your Left Sales Team’s accumulated volume is 800 CP, and your Right Sales Team’s accumulated volume is 500 CP.
You have enough total CCP to earn one override bonus cycle, with 400 CP on the left side and 400 CP on the right side. You would earn a cycle of $40 USD as an AD or RD.
You would earn a cycle of $60 USD as an ND or ED.
After commissions have been paid, your Left Sales Team carryover points would total 400 CP, and your Right Sales Team carryover points would total 100 CP.

Left side total of 800 CP - 400 CP (1 cycle) = 400 CP carryover
Right side total of 500 CP - 400 CP (1 cycle) = 100 CP carryover

These carryover points will be available for future commission calculations as long as you remain active.

Example 2

At the end of the commission week, your Left Sales Team’s accumulated volume is 1,800 CP, and your Right Sales Team’s accumulated volume is 10,000 CP.
You have enough total CCP to earn four override bonus cycles, with 1,600 CP on the left side and 1,600 CP on the right side. You would earn a cycle of $160 USD as an AD or RD. You would earn a cycle of $240 USD as an ND or ED.
After commissions have been paid, your Left Sales Team carryover points would total 200 CP, and your Right Sales Team carryover points would total 8,400 CP.

Left side total of 1,800 CP – 1,600 CP (4 cycles) = 200 CP carryover
Right side total of 10,000 CP – 1,600 CP (4 cycles) = 8,400 CP carryover

These carryover points will be available for future commission calculations as long as you remain active.

* The maximum amount of unpaid accumulated volume that may be carried forward at the end of any weekly pay period in either the Left or Right Sales Team legs is 250,000 CP.

** An MMA’s income is allowed to reach a maximum of $100,000 USD in override bonuses per week.

4. MATCHING BONUS

MMA’s may earn a weekly Matching Bonus on the binary override income earned by their 1st through 5th level agencies based on the rank achieved the previous calendar month.
To be eligible to earn Matching Bonuses, your MMA must be Regional Agency Director (RD) rank or higher, active, fully qualified, and must have Mobile Media Service.
Agencies with Regional Agency Director rank receive:
A 20% match on the binary override income earned by their 1st level agencies.
Agencies with National Agency Director rank receive:
A 10% match on the binary override income earned by their 2nd level agencies.
A 10% match on the binary override income earned by their 3rd level agencies.
A 5% match on the binary override income earned by their 4th level agencies.
A 5% match on the binary override income earned by their 5th level agencies.
1st level agencies = Members you personally sponsored
2nd level agencies = Members your 1st level agencies sponsored
3rd level agencies = Members your 2nd level agencies sponsored
4th level agencies = Members your 3rd level agencies sponsored
5th level agencies = Members your 4th level agencies sponsored

Rank Left Sales Team Right Sales Team Matching Bonus*
Regional Agency Director (RD) 10 active autoships 10 active autoships 20% on 1st level agencies
National Agency Director (ND) 10 Regional Agency Directors (RDs) 10 Regional Agency Directors (RDs) 10% on 2nd level agencies 10% on 3rd level agencies 5% on 4th level agencies 5% on 5th level agencies

* The Matching Bonus calculation is determined by the previous week’s binary override income.

5. EXECUTIVE CAR BONUS & LIFESTYLE BONUS

Executive Directors (ED’s) have the opportunity to receive a monthly car bonus check that can be used for the luxury car of their choice, and a lifestyle bonus check that can be used for a home payment or other lifestyle enhancement.
To qualify for a $1500 monthly car bonus check, an Executive Director (ED) must have at least 1 qualified Executive Director (ED) on their right sales team, and at least 1 qualified Executive Director (ED) on their left sales team. Both qualified ED's must come from the Executive Director's personal lineage.
To qualify for a $3000 monthly lifestyle bonus check, an Executive Director (ED) must have at least 2 qualified Executive Directors (ED's) on their left sales team, and at least 2 qualified ED's on their right sales team. Each pair of qualified ED's must come from the Executive Director's personal lineage.

70% Cap Rule

We pay out to the field, in the form of commissions, up to 70% of commissionable revenues we receive on product purchases over the lifetime of our program.
If the commissions in any week do not exceed 70% of commissionable revenues, the excess monies are retained for later payment in future weeks should the 70% cap threshold be exceeded.
If commissions were to exceed the 70% Cap, commissions would be distributed in the following way. First, any previously retained monies would then be applied to available commission funds, and if the excess were fully offset, commissions would be paid in full according to the standard commission system. If after any previous monies were included, the commissions were to still exceed the cap threshold, then that remaining excess amount would be divided into the 70% Cap amount to determine a percentage factor for adjustment.
Once that adjustment percentage is determined, that is the percentage of dilution that would be applied uniformly to all commission levels to determine actual commission payments by rank in that commission week.
